Unified through rugby
What is 'Unified Rugby'
Unified Rugby is where players with and without disabilities train, play and compete in the same team playing contact and touch rugby.
How does it work?
We play touch and contact rugby with a system that follows the World Rugby age grade laws with certain adaptations.
Why do it?
To remove barriers and create equity to enable participation for individuals that may otherwise be prevented from benefiting from the life enhancing experiences Rugby generates.

A growing number of teams and clubs across the world are adopting the Unified Rugby model, to find a team, club or group near you get in touch.
